After a successful decade of welcoming thousands of aspiring and seasoned barbers and hairstylists to our renowned location in Rotterdam, The Old School Barber Academy is entering an exciting new chapter. While our physical location will be closing its doors, we are thrilled to announce that this is not the end but a new beginning. Starting in 2025, our talented instructors from The Old School and Schorem will be hitting the road, bringing their expertise to various locations, at first primarily across Europe and in the future in more locations around the world will follow. So get ready for a new era of barber education, right at your doorstep!

This new approach allows us to reach even more students by teaching in cities closer to you. Our educators are committed to providing the same high-quality training that has made The Old School Barber Academy a staple in the barbering community. The Old School on The Road 2 days / Hands-On

Taught by Barbers from the world famous Schorem Barbershop, this two-day hands-on training will allow you to master the iconic old school techniques of Reuzel / Schorem. We will work through four Classic haircuts the Vanguard, Executive Contour, Boogie, and Flat Top.

From foundational techniques to tips and tricks that make the difference in perfecting classic cuts you will walk away with all that you need to integrate REUZEL techniques into your everyday work

9:45 Demonstrations by instructors, 2 haircuts each 
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch Break 
13:00 – 16:00 Hands-on cutting the Vanguard, while instructors provide tips and tricks.

Day 2 – Please arrive at 9:00

9:15 Recap prior day
9:45 Hands-on cutting the Executive Contour while instructors provide tips and tricks.
