After a year of taking our education on the road across Europe, we are beyond excited to bring back the full Schorem experience in Rotterdam. Starting in 2026, The Old School Barber Academy will once again open its doors inside the world-famous Schorem barbershop, the birthplace of countless classic men’s cuts and the home of Reuzel.

Our courses are designed for barbers with at least two years of experience, as well as hairdressers and stylists who want to dive deep into the timeless art of classic barbering. You’ll master iconic Schorem cuts such as the Vanguard, Executive Contour, Boogie, and Flat Top during “The Classics”. And The Long Trim Pompadour, Jelly Roll, Bald Fade Pompadour, and Psycho Quiff “The Classics Volume 2”.

With The Classics and The Classics Volume 2, you’ll learn directly from the barbers who put Schorem and The Old School on the map as the globally renowned institutes in old-school barbering. Whether you join us on the road or in our barbershop in Rotterdam, you’ll gain more than just techniques; you’ll step into the culture and legacy of Schorem.
